What type of payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express; However our online ordering site does not process credit cards, but will shortly. You can enter your credit card information in our secure checkout and we will process the card manually for you, until Verisign credit card processing is available at the US Coffee Store.

How is sales tax calculated?

Because Internet vendors are required to collect sales tax in any state where they have a physical presence, we must charge sales tax in those jurisdictions.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For all orders there is a $10.00 freight charge dded to your order. Please contact a US Coffee Representative if you have questions about your freight.

Additional charges for some orders may apply.  These will be notified to you on an order-by-order basis before the order is processed.

How do I locate products I am looking for?

We provide the most flexible Search capabilities in the industry.  With over 30 years experience in dealing with customers we know what a customer requires in order to locate a product. 

You can Quick Order by SKU by entering any part of a product number.We will respond with “all” products that meet your selection criteria.  In almost all cases, these equivalent items are the same in form, fit and function as the one you searched for and will most likely be at a substantially lower price.

We always provide a Search page located in the navigation menu on your screen.  Simply enter anything you want and we will respond will all products that meet your selection criteria.  The system has most products identified by “key words” and we search those “key words” as well as all of the information associated with a product that relates to your selection criteria.   We suggest that when you do not know the entire product number that you enter whatever information you do have.

How do I place products in my Shopping Cart?

When you see an item displayed on the screen, simply place the quantity of that product in the quantity box and press the "Add To Cart" button or icon.  The product will be automatically placed in your Shopping Cart.

No.  You can remove any product before you checkout.

How do I make changes to my Shopping Cart?

Just click on the words "Shopping Cart" or "View Cart" located many places on the site.  This will take you to the Shopping Cart page.  From there you can view all the items in your cart, remove products or change product quantities, continue shopping, or proceed to Checkout.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Once it has been submitted online the order has been placed. To amend or cancel an order, please contact sales@uscoffee.com or call 1-800-776-2866. Once you receive the order, you can also contact us for an easy to use process to return any/all of your order.

What is your refunds and returns policy?

US Coffee unconditionally guarantees any product that you purchase from us.  If you have a concern or problem regarding a shipment, simply contact us by clicking here to notify us.  On most items, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money when returned within 30 days of purchase.

The use of the Returns procedure will have the merchandise picked up.  Once a Return is processed and received by us (typically within a few days after it is initiated), a credit will be processed using your credit card account or account receivable account. 

We can't guarantee that mistakes won't happen, but we can guarantee that we'll deal with it promptly.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

We have a very liberal return policy.  If the items are damaged or defective, then we will absorb the costs of replacing the item and the pick up of the damaged or defective item.  However, when it come to items that are not damaged or defective we apply the "reasonable rule".

The "reasonable rule" applies to these situations.  If the items arrives damaged, we will of course pick up and replace the item at our cost.  However, if the item arrives without damage and is the correct product you ordered, then the costs are to be borne by the customer to include a restocking charge of 15%.  We can honestly indicate that in our experience that we have rarely had a return.

Our pricing is sensational and this is due to the elimination of many factors; one of which is that we are not a refreshments show room or store.  There are many places in your area where you can try out these products.  Although their pricing may be higher, you can even purchase them.  We always suggest that you see if we either carry the item or can get it for you.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

Typical delivery is the next business day for all orders received by 2:00 PM.  Bulk items may be the next day but should be expected to be later.  In all cases you will be notified of when your can anticipate receipt of the merchandise.

Do you ship internationally?

We are a United States of America company.  Currently we deliver throughout the 48 contiguous states.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges and you will be notified before the order is processed.  As our marketing and delivery area expands, we'll keep you informed by posting changes to our website.

Do I need to join in order to see your products and prices?

No, you may use all of the Search capabilities we provide and create a Shopping Cart; however, you do need an account so the website will reflect the special pricing your company has been given by US Coffee.  If you are an existing US Coffee customer, you must have your account created by either someone at US Coffee or clicking on the "Sign Up To Order Online Button" on our navigational menu. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, password, and a valid US Coffee account number in order to create your account. Please note that once you create your account, it takes approximately 48 hours for your customer-specific pricing to be generated on our website so you get the savings you signed up to receive when you created your account with US Coffee. For those who are not current US Coffee customer, click on the "Sign Up To Order Online Button" and fill out the account set-up request form. Someone at US Coffee will contact you promptly to set up your pricing. If you do not have an account set up with US Coffee or place an order before your pricing has been created, all pricing will display as "Request Quote." We will call you to verify your order and make sure you recieve the pricing you deserve. We do not use list pricing becuase we typically charge below list for most items and do not want to alarm consumers.

US Coffee provides customer pricing on the web to each and everyone of its customers, so the experience is no different than having to contact us yourselves for your pricing. However, in order for the pages to display products, your custom price for that product must be created by our software. Typically when a new account is created it takes about 48 hours for your special pricing to reach the web. If you have a new account and have waited over 48 hours or have an existing account that you were able to order from and start receiving this message, please contact us and we will ensure your problem will be attended to immediately.

How do I Add/Remove Items in Shopping Cart?

To add an item to your Shopping Cart, simply fill in an amount in the quantity box located near the item price.  You can add an item(s) from all Searches, History and Quick Order.

To remove a product from your Shopping Cart, go the Shopping Cart page, click on Delete or set the number in the quantity box to zero (0) and update the cart.

What is the Quick Order Page?

The Quick Order Page is “your” list of items that you purchase from US Coffee at special pricing on a regular basic  The purpose of the Quick Order page is to provide a fast and easy method for you to order the merchandise your order most frequently or that is important to you.  Only a member can establish a Quick Order List.

How do I Add Items on the Quick Order Page (for members only)?

To add an item to your Quick Order page, call US Coffee to have the item added to your contract list. We will regenerate your custom pricing and the changes should be reflected within 48 hours.

How do I Order item(s) from the Quick Order Page?

Simply click on Add next to the items you want to add to the Shopping Cart.  A simple click on each item will have those item(s) added to the cart.

You can place quantities for all the products you want to order, select the unit of measure you would like to purchase them in, and then hit any ONE add to cart button to have all the items added quickly to your cart.

How can I change my online Shipping Information?

To ensure the security of our customers, at the time of checkout, US Coffee makes available only those shipping locations that have been approved by your company over the phone or via email with us. If you would like add a shipping location, simply click the "Add" button in the checkout page and fill out required shipping information. US Coffee will verify that the shipping address is valid and add it into our system, so next time you log into our website to shop, you should see your new location in the drop-down menu of shipping locations. If you currently only have one shipping location, we will populate the checkout information by default and you will not see a drop-dowm menu of selections. Likewise, if you would like to remove a shipping location, simply select the location from the drop-down box and hit delete. You will be asked to confirm the deletion and US Coffee will be notified of your request. We will remove the location from our system and the next time you log in, you should no longer see that location as an option. If for some reason you do not see a shipping location you have, please contact us and we will assist you.

What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?

In some instances, products listed in the Us Coffee catalog may be temporarily out of stock.  If that happens, the available items in your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.  You will be E-mailed or called with the specifics of any backordered items.

In the future evolution of our online store, online credit card transactions will be handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
